Communication will be constant, free and always present. Communication is the key for our success as a class. It will help us establish a community, bonds, trust, and love. In addition to the usual classroom communication and our weekly one on one meetings, students will be able to access Google classroom every day.
I will post our schedule for the day there as well as different activities that they can complete when they need a moment to refresh. I really like using CNN 10 as a way to help them gain a better understanding of what the world’s current events. At the end of week, the students will be able to add to a Google doc which is located in their Google classroom. They can write two things they really enjoyed about the week and one thing that they felt they didn’t understand or enjoy. I also ask them to tell me what they are looking forward to over the weekend.
