I believe that students learn in various ways and styles. It is important to develop a healthy schedule that can be followed to help set up routines and consistency for the students.

I want our days to be filled with mindfulness moments that focus on moving, being outside, our breath and music. By varying our mindfulness moments and brain breaks I hope to help engage the vast and diverse learning styles of my students.
